Vehicle tracking + delivery operations

Know where every vehicle is. Prove every delivery happened.

One platform for both jobs — the live map and the proof of delivery, the same vehicles on the same screen. And the only one in its category that publishes what it costs.

Why published

Every price on this page, before you talk to anyone.

Fleet software is sold by quote. You book a demo, describe your operation, and find out the number after a salesperson has decided what you'll pay. The hardware cost, the install fee and the early-termination terms usually arrive later still.

We think that's the worst part of buying in this category, so we do the opposite: the plan rates, the device price, all three hardware options and the exact cost of leaving are on the pricing page. Read them before you send us an email.

Where every vehicle is

A plug-in device on each vehicle reports position, ignition and movement. The map shows the fleet now; the history shows any day you ask for.

Live map

  • Every vehicle, current position and status
  • Driver assigned to each vehicle

Trips and replay

  • Every trip start, end, distance and top speed
  • Replay a route as it was driven

Geofences

  • Zones that alert on entry and exit
  • Speed zones evaluated as data arrives

Maintenance

  • Schedules by distance, hours or date
  • Due and overdue surfaced before failure

Proof of delivery

Proof it was delivered

Drivers work the day from their phone. Each stop is captured with a photo, a signature or a note, and the recipient can follow the van on a link without an account.

Jobs and stops

  • Build a route, sequence the stops, assign a driver
  • Reorder mid-day without rebuilding the job

Capture

  • Photo, signature and notes at the door
  • Failed attempts recorded with a reason

Works without signal

  • Capture queues on the phone when offline
  • Uploads when the driver reconnects, without duplicates

Customer tracking

  • A tracking link per stop, no login required
  • Milestone email when it's on the way and when it lands

Automation

100,000
API calls/mo
included

The work that runs itself

The parts of the day that repeat should not need a person. Recurring work, rules that fire on events, and an API for everything the console can do.

Recurring work

  • Routes that rebuild on a schedule
  • Saved customers and addresses

Workflows

  • Rules that trigger on delivery and vehicle events
  • Branching steps, not just a single action

Safety

  • Harsh braking, acceleration and cornering
  • Speeding against the zone, not a fixed number

API and webhooks

  • REST API with per-organisation keys
  • Outbound webhooks on the events you choose

The console

web + iOS + Android

Dispatch on the desk, capture in the cab

The office runs the board in a browser. Drivers get a phone app that shows only their stops, and managers get a read-only view of the same fleet on the same phone.

Device

FMM003
LTE-M / Cat-1
$149

Hardware you fit yourself, three ways to pay for it

The tracker is a Teltonika FMM003: it plugs into the OBD-II port under the dash and takes under a minute per vehicle. No installer, no wiring, no appointment. The SIM and its data are part of the plan.

Included with a 3-year plan

$0 up front · 36 months

  • Nothing to pay for the device
  • Leave early and you pay the unamortised balance of the device, nothing else

Buy it outright

$149 per device · 12-month minimum

  • You own it from day one
  • $4 off every vehicle, every month

Rent it monthly

$6 per vehicle / month · no term

  • Nothing up front and cancel any time
  • Send them back with the prepaid label

LTE-M only. We don't sell a 2G device — 2G has been switched off in the US since 2022, and a 2G tracker on a three-year term is a stranded asset.

Leaving

device balance
only

What it costs to leave, in one sentence

You pay off the device. You never pay out the contract.

The standard early-termination fee in this category is the rest of what you would have paid — cancel a three-year plan in month six and you owe thirty months of subscription. Ours is the part of the device you haven't paid off yet, and nothing more. Unused time you've already paid for is credited back. If you rented the hardware, you owe nothing at all.

You'll see the full breakdown before anything is charged, and a cancellation that owes money will not go through until you've read it. The details are on the refund and cancellation policy.

Questions

Before you ask us

Do I have to buy hardware?

Only for the plans that track vehicles. Solo, Deliver and Deliver Pro use the driver's phone as the tracker, so there is nothing to buy or fit. Track, Fleet and Enterprise put a device on each vehicle, which is what makes the map work when the phone is in a pocket or switched off.

Why are some plans per seat and others per vehicle?

Because they're billing for different things. A phone-based plan costs us per driver, so it's priced per driver seat. A hardware plan costs us per device and its SIM, so it's priced per vehicle — and on Fleet, office and driver seats are unlimited on top.

What does "refresh every 60 seconds" actually mean?

How often the device on the vehicle reports its position while the engine is running. Track reports every 60 seconds, Fleet every 30, Enterprise every 10. A faster cadence costs more to carry over the cellular network, which is why it differs by plan rather than being the same for everyone.

Is there a free trial?

New accounts get 14 days of the Fleet feature set so you can see the whole product, then you choose a plan. Trials are never charged. Solo stays free after that for a single driver.

Can I get the data out?

Yes. Deliver Pro, Fleet and Enterprise include a REST API and outbound webhooks, with 100,000 calls and 100,000 webhook deliveries a month included. Past that we bill $30 per 100,000 and keep serving the calls rather than cutting your integration off.

Do you do hours-of-service or DOT compliance?

No, and we're not planning to. This is built for commercial fleets that aren't running under FMCSA rules — delivery, service, trades, rental. If you need electronic logging for regulated drivers, we're the wrong product and we'd rather say so here than on a sales call.
